Refund & Returns Policy

30-day returns

If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email Support@zenoclimat.de with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid return label.

Returns can be handed in by mail or at a carrier drop-off point.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or colour? We accept exchanges — start one exactly like a return and tell us what you would like instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank it can take a few additional business days to appear on your statement.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.
