Shipping terms
- Delivery area: We ship worldwide.
- Shipping cost: Shipping is free on all orders.
- Processing time: We prepare your order for dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment.
- Delivery time: After hand-off to FedEx, delivery takes 3–5 business days. Total time (processing and delivery) is 4–7 business days. Delivery times vary by destination.
- Carrier: Your order ships with FedEx as an insured standard parcel.
- Tracking: Once your order is handed to FedEx, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.
- Order cut-off: Orders placed on business days (Mon–Sat) before 2:00 PM are usually processed the same working day.
- Availability: All listed items are available to order unless marked otherwise. Unavailable items are labelled accordingly.
- Transport damage: Please document any visible transport damage at delivery and contact us at Support@zenoclimat.de. We'll arrange replacement, repair or a refund.
